These three paintings, Fragments I, II, III are capturing swirling of inner feelings in an abstract style. It is about such sensation of wandering and searching suspended in space. Then, suddenly, every form of emotions just overwhelms you, surround you and tries to bring you somewhere within the fragments of your memories. It is like a rush of feelings rising from within like thousands of petals drifting without destination. Tangled, spiralling, pulling each other close, as if everything is coming to you and make you feel chaotic with your identity, mixed culture and longing for home.

These paintings are then transformed as a form of interactive art installation called ‘EchoesəvYourFace’ to extend this experience by collaborating with Luca Franceschi (Ph.D.), a machine learning scientist. In front of the paintings, an interactive LED lights are installed towards the paintings. A camera captures the viewer's facial expression in real time, detecting their emotion using AI face recognition model to dynamically alter the light's colour, movement, and intensity. Beyond identifying primary emotions, the AI subtly incorporates secondary emotions, such as traces of surprise in a happy expression, allowing for nuanced combinations in the light sequences. When multiple viewers engage with the installation, their combined emotions create a more layered, complex visual experience.

This interplay between lighting and emotion ensures that the paintings are never static, but shifting the ambience uniquely for each person, transforming the artwork through their presence and inner state.
